The UPS Store

I used this location to ship some life changing documents to a person in Canada. These documents are now officially lost, and upon re-reading the receipt, were shipped from USPS, not UPS. They quoted me at 3-5 days travel, and now an investigation has been opened and they are being deemed officially lost by USPS. Do not ship international items from this location.

I couldn’t leave a review for the chayenne aprao location so I have to do it at the kitt location, I just had to shout out Camlin for her incredible and constant costumer service. She exceeded the bar and makes my experience magical every time!

This UPS location is ok for CU students. For others, it is highly inconvenient. Using the 2- hour parking on the east side of 30th St, just south of Baseline, you have to hike to the Village Dining center, about 750 feet. If you have a heavy and/or large package to drop off, forget it!

This is no longer a ups store. They’re happy to accept ups packages but cannot issue a receipt. I didn’t feel comfortable shipping here for this reason.

The only thing bad about it is that its hard to find (it is inside the V.C center where the food court is, all the way to the left when you enter) but thanks to the beautiful, cute, and kind staff Kristine, i was able to find it. My dog and frog recently passed away. On december 7th (Pearl harbor day and my mom’s birthday) and on December 13 (my birthday :’(.) . I got a buy one get one free discount from wangsheng funeral parlor for the cremation of both my pets, pocchi and twixie (may they rest in peace forever in pet heaven) and i was gonna send them back to my birth land, the Philippines. I was panicking, thinking i would never find it until kristine came along and offered my assistance. I am truly grateful for the staff of the ups store 510 30th boulder colorad 80310. Especially the most awesome staff kristine. May God bless her soul.
